Which photo should I send?
A recent, sharp and well-lit photo, facing the camera, with only your child's face clearly visible. Avoid sunglasses, hats and filters.
Formats
Digital: the illustrated PDF book, to read on a tablet, computer or phone.
Digital + narration and nursery rhyme: the book read aloud with their name, plus their own nursery rhyme.
Printed: a real book to hold and keep.
How long does it take to receive the book?
Digital books arrive by email within 24 hours, often within a few hours. Printed books arrive in about 10 days depending on the country.
What happens to my child's photo?
It is used only to create the illustrations of their book, then deleted as soon as the book is created. It is never shared or used for anything else.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes, one free revision within 7 days if a detail isn't right (name, likeness, companion's name).
Can I get a refund?
As every book is personalized, it cannot be returned. If there is a printing defect or a mistake on our side, we remake or refund it.
