How long does it take to receive the book?
Digital books arrive by email within 24 hours, often within a few hours. Printed books arrive in about 10 days depending on the country.
What can I personalize?
Your child's photo and first name, plus the name of their companion (a pet, a cuddly toy). The story and its illustrations are already written by our team.
What happens to my child's photo?
It is used only to create the illustrations of their book, then deleted as soon as the book is created. It is never shared or used for anything else.
Are the books made with AI?
Yes. Our illustrations, narration and nursery rhymes are generated with artificial intelligence, then checked by our team before every delivery.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes, one free revision within 7 days if a detail isn't right (name, likeness, companion's name).
Can I get a refund?
As every book is personalized, it cannot be returned. If there is a printing defect or a mistake on our side, we remake or refund it.
Do you ship to my country?
Digital books are available everywhere. Printed books ship to most countries; shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Does it make a good gift?
Yes: enter the recipient's address for the printed book, or have the digital version sent to you to give on the big day.
